Product description
The Datavideo PTC-280W is a white professional PTZ camera designed for conference rooms, classrooms, churches, and live productions. A 1/2.5″ Sony CMOS sensor with an effective resolution of 8.51 Mpx and a lens featuring 12× optical and 16× digital zoom capture detailed images at up to 4K resolution at 50/60p via HDMI 2.0. It also features 3G-SDI and IP outputs via RJ‑45, allowing the camera to easily integrate into multi-camera and streaming setups.
Positions can be saved to 255 presets, and the camera can be controlled via DVIP, VISCA over IP, RS‑422, NDI, or an infrared remote control. The built-in H.264/H.265 encoder supports RTSP, RTMP/RTMPS, SRT, and NDI|HX, including two simultaneous streams. 12 V DC or PoE+ power makes installation flexible; the PTZ View Assist app for iOS and Android can control up to four compatible cameras.

ONE CAMERA, MULTIPLE OUTPUTS
The Datavideo PTC-280W delivers up to 4K resolution at 50/60p to conference rooms, classrooms, churches, and studios. The white model is ideal for installations where the camera needs to blend in with a light-colored interior.
The lens, with 12× optical and 16× digital zoom, covers a wide field of view as well as distant details. The camera also provides HDMI 2.0, 3G-SDI, and network outputs, allowing connected devices to receive the signal simultaneously.
REMOTE-CONTROLLED IMAGE AND MOTION
The 1/2.5″ Sony CMOS sensor with an effective resolution of 8.51 Mpx captures up to 2160p50/60 via HDMI. The camera offers 255 preset positions, a horizontal pan range of 300°, and a tilt range from −15° to +90°. Smooth framing adjustments make it easy to capture presentations, discussions, and live events from a fixed installation.
It can be controlled via DVIP, VISCA over IP, RS-422, NDI, or the included infrared remote control. The PTZ View Assist app for iOS and Android allows you to view the video feed and control up to four compatible cameras.
