This Privacy Policy explains how Syntex Praha s.r.o. processes personal data of customers, visitors, registered users, newsletter subscribers and people who communicate with us.
Orders and support
We mainly use data to process orders, deliver goods, handle payments, complaints, service and customer communication.
Necessary scope
We process only data needed for purchase, accounting, support, legal protection or services you use.

2. Data We Process
We process identification and contact details, billing and delivery details, order history, payment information, complaint and service data, customer account data, communication data, technical data such as IP address and cookies, and data needed for newsletters, marketing, analytics and verified reviews.
