Product description

The Datavideo D2-BASE-EXT protective housing is compatible with PTC-140, PTC-145, PTC-150, PTC-155, PTC-205, PTC-280, PTC-285, PTC-300, PTC-305 and PTC-325 series PTZ cameras. Its impact-resistant polycarbonate body is rated IP68 and helps protect the camera from dust, water, salt air, vandalism, and physical impacts. The included Vari-Fit internal bracket helps secure a supported camera model for outdoor installation.

PROTECTION FOR TOUGH ENVIRONMENTS

D2-BASE-EXT protects a supported PTZ camera from dust, water, and salt air. Its impact-resistant polycarbonate housing helps reduce the risk of damage from physical impacts, vandalism, or a ball strike.

The included Vari-Fit internal bracket adapts the camera mounting position. For pole mounting, the separately available Datavideo BR-MPM-1 bracket is an option.

D2-BASE-HEAT and pole mounting

D2-BASE-HEAT is a separate housing variant with integrated heating. The separately available BR-MPM-1 bracket is designed to mount the housing on a pole.

Pole mounting

The BR-MPM-1 bracket secures the housing to a pole. It fits poles from ¾ inch in diameter and allows up to 10° of tilt adjustment.
