Datavideo RMC-2P 3-Channel Camera Controller with Plate

The Datavideo RMC-2P is a three-channel controller for Datavideo PTZ cameras. Over Ethernet and the DVIP protocol, it lets you select one of three connected cameras and precisely control pan, tilt and zoom with a three-axis joystick. Recall up to four preset positions for each camera and adjust movement speed with FAST, MID and SLOW buttons.

Power the controller via IEEE 802.3af PoE or USB-C. The USB interface also connects to the TPC-700/TPC-700P touchscreen controller or iCAST MINI system. Its non-slip wrist rest and magnetic aluminum base support stable operation in studios, classrooms and live productions.

Control up to three Datavideo cameras

Connect the RMC-2P to an Ethernet network with supported Datavideo PTZ cameras. The controller communicates via DVIP and lets you select one of three cameras. The network layout shows how to connect the RMC-2P, a PTZ camera and a streaming platform for internet broadcasting.

Joystick and quick presets

The three-axis joystick controls pan, tilt and zoom. You can save and recall up to four preset positions for each of the three cameras; FAST, MID and SLOW adjust camera movement speed. The non-slip wrist rest supports comfortable operation during extended use.

Network connection and power

The rear panel has an RJ-45 Ethernet port for DVIP and a USB-C interface. Power is supplied via IEEE 802.3af PoE or 5 V USB. USB can also connect the controller to a TPC-700/TPC-700P or iCAST MINI unit.
