Datavideo PTC-305 4K Auto Tracking PTZ Camera (Dark Grey)

The Datavideo PTC-305 is a professional 4K PTZ camera with auto tracking for live streaming, conferences and studio production. Its Sony 1/1.8-inch sensor, with approximately 8.42 megapixels, and lens with 20× optical and 16× digital zoom help capture detailed shots from both close and distant positions. The camera supports HDMI output up to 2160p at 60 fps, as well as 3G-SDI for production workflows at resolutions up to 1080p. Auto tracking helps keep a moving presenter or speaker in frame without continuous manual camera operation.

Control the PTC-305 through its RS-232/RS-422 serial interfaces or over a network using DVIP or VISCA over IP. It supports IP streaming and H.264/H.265 compression; IEEE 802.3at PoE+ simplifies installation when used with a compatible cable and network equipment. The package includes the camera, an infrared remote controller, ceiling mount brackets A and B, six M3 × 4 mm mounting screws, a DC 12 V power adapter and a safety cable.

Custom Auto Object Tracking

If you are filming multiple people, you can designate a person for auto tracking. Once linked to the camera, only the designated person will be tracked, avoiding interferences such as the desks, people coming back and forth, large objects, etc.

Smart PTZ Speed Adaptation

The integrated PID algorithm is able to detect the movement speed of the identified object and automatically adjust the camera's corresponding pan, tilt and zoom speeds in such a way that the lens movement will be smooth, avoiding common camera lens movement problems like jerky movements or unpredicted halts.

Quick Access to Framing Options

All of the PTC-305 camera series include RMC-1AT controller. User can quickly select full-body, half-body and close up framing, making it easy to change the shooting scene and framing requirements.

PTZ View Assist: Control up to four cameras

The camera control app is tailored for the Datavideo PTZ camera series. It can monitor the live streaming video from PTC-140, PTC-280, PTC-305 and PTC-300 series. The app can control up to 4 cameras simultaneously via DVIP, you can intuitively set up and recall the presets, and adjust white balance, focus and IRIS.

The app is able to decode the live streaming via RTSP, SRT, and NDI. Easily monitor the live streaming video and set up the parameters promptly in one application. Datavideo provides iOS and Android versions, which you can download on Google Play and App Store for free!
