The RGBlink TAO 1pro SDI is a portable NDI encoder and decoder with a 5.5-inch Full HD touchscreen. Besides an HDMI 1.3 input and two USB 3.0 inputs for UVC cameras, it has a professional SDI input (BNC), so it can also put the picture from a professional camera on the network. The HDMI 2.0 output handles up to 3840 × 2160 at 60 Hz; power comes via USB-C or from a battery.
A camera with SDI output, a webcam and a computer meet in one tablet-sized device. You watch the picture on the screen, send it to the network as NDI and record it to a USB drive.
SDI input for professional cameras
The TAO 1pro SDI accepts the signal from a professional camera via a BNC connector, alongside an HDMI 1.3 source and two UVC cameras using USB 2.0 or USB 3.0. The built-in encoder sends the picture to the network as an NDI source, and the HDMI 2.0 output feeds a monitor or projector.
Touchscreen and NDI decoder
The 5.5" display with 1080 × 1920 pixels and 450 cd/m² brightness is used for preview and for fingertip setup. The NDI decoder works the other way round: it receives a stream from the network and sends it to the HDMI output. Picture rotation on the screen and on the HDMI output is set independently, and the built-in speaker lets you check the sound.
Power from USB-C or a battery
It is powered via USB-C with PD support (9 V / 2 A, max. 18 W). The back carries a standard battery slot for Sony NP-F970 and Panasonic AG-VBR59MC batteries; the standard version ships without a battery. Audio goes through the 3.5 mm jack input and output, recording through the USB 2.0 port.

TAO 1pro-S is an NDI encoder/decoder with a 5.5-inch FHD preview display, which also comes with 1 professional SDI input, 1 HDMI 1.3 input and 2 USB 3.0 inputs.
TAO 1pro-S is compatible with standard USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 cameras via the UVC protocol.
TAO 1pro-S has a touch panel for configuration with a fingertip and can take two optional rechargeable batteries that extend its operation outdoors.
