The top-of-the-line variant, the H6essential, offers an upgraded X/Y stereo microphone exchange module ("3.0 Capsule System"). It brings direct upload to DaVinci Resolve projects, proxy recording for Blackmagic RAW and ProRes formats, reduced latency for SDI output, support for SRT streaming protocol, REST API, the ability to adjust the signal light color for Blackmagic URSA Studio Viewfinder monitors, and Blackmagic URSA Studio Viewfinder G2 and other new features. New operating system ("MOVNORM OS") for portKeys camera monitors LH7P, LH7H, PT6 a LH5P II (v3) introduces an improved user interface for faster and easier menu navigation, as well as a function to stretch the image (and output the deformed video over HDMI, e.g. for streaming) when shooting vertically. Support for remote camera control via Wi-Fi/Bluetooth has also been extended for the LH7P and LH5P II (v3) models: Canon EOS R5/R6/R6 Mark II/R8, Panasonic BGH1/BS1H, Sony A7M IV and Blackmagic URSA Mini Pro 4.6K.
