ASK Ultra 1T2R, wireless UHD (4096*2160@60Hz) video transmission and 1*2 distribution system with 1 transmitter and 2 receivers. This system is ideally suited for use in professional settings, including business environments, healthcare facilities, and the gaming industry, where high performance and reliability are paramount.

ASK Ultra replaces the HDMI cable between a source and a display: the transmitter connects to a camera, computer or player, the receiver to a projector or monitor, and a 4K60 picture travels wirelessly with 16 ms latency. It is designed for film and television production and for installations where running a cable is not an option.

4K60 transmitter and receiver with twin antennas

The transmitter (TX) and both receivers (RX) share the same 160 × 94 × 34 mm housing, a pair of antennas and a DC power connector. The transmitter connects to the HDMI output of the source, the receivers to projectors, monitors or TVs – so one source feeds two displays at once. The link needs no drivers or app and carries video up to 4096 × 2160 at 60 Hz.

HDMI OUT (LOOP) pass-through output

The rear panel of the transmitter has an HDMI IN input, an HDMI OUT (LOOP) pass-through output, a DC power connector and a power switch. The loop output passes the source signal on to a local monitor while the receiver shows it on a remote screen at the same time – one source serves three displays without a splitter: the local monitor and the screens of both receivers.

Antennas tilting 90° and 5 GHz transmission

Both antennas tilt through 90°, so they can be aimed to suit where the units are placed. The built-in 802.11ac 2T2R MIMO Wi-Fi module transmits in the 5 GHz band at up to 866 Mbps and selects the channel automatically. The link is protected by AES 128 encryption together with the manufacturer’s proprietary coding protocol and transmission algorithms.

4K60 HDR video and 7.1 audio

The link handles up to 4096 × 2160 at 60 Hz, 10-bit HDR and YUV 4:4:4 colour sampling with no visible loss of quality. The 16 ms latency equals roughly one frame at 60 fps, so the picture stays in sync even in live production. Audio embedded in HDMI is carried in up to 7.1 channels.
