Reclocking and automatic cable equalisation restore the timing and shape of the incoming signal before distribution. This makes SD1151-12G well suited to broadcast chains, studios, control rooms and fixed installations where one 12G-SDI source must reliably feed several devices.
Five BNC outputs carry video, embedded audio and ancillary data. An optional SFP module adds an optical path, while front-panel LEDs provide quick confirmation of power and signal lock.
