AVMatrix Shark S8X-NDI – 8-Channel SDI/HDMI Live Switcher with Full NDI: 6×3G-SDI + 2×4K HDMI inputs, NDI AUX & streaming, flexible multi-view, 6×PGM outputs, USB-C UVC, 8×PTZ control, pro XLR audio, T-bar, chroma key, 3×PIP, macros & tally.

The AVMatrix Shark S8X-NDI is the NDI-enabled version of the flagship 8-channel live production switcher – everything the S8X does, now with full NDI integration. The 15.6″ 1080p touchscreen controls 6×3G-SDI + 2×4K60 HDMI inputs plus a dedicated AUX that accepts NDI sources, local playback, UVC webcam, or RTSP pull-stream. Full NDI streaming output joins RTMP/SRT/RTSP for simultaneous multi-platform delivery.

Output simultaneously via 2×HDMI PGM, 4×SDI PGM (independently configurable), HDMI multiview, and REF loop-through. Record PGM or ISO to USB drive, SD card, or 2.5″ SATA SSD while streaming. USB-C delivers lossless UVC/UAC capture to any laptop.

Vision mixing features chroma key, luma key, 3× resizable PIP/POP, DSK, logo overlay, and smooth T-bar/Auto/Cut transitions. Professional balanced XLR audio (48V phantom) with embedded + line inputs and full mixing. Control up to 8 PTZ cameras over IP (VISCA/Pelco) with speed, presets, WB, and focus. Record/edit complex macro scripts and send tally via GPIO.

Housed in a rugged aluminum chassis with single 12-19V power (V-mount plate optional), the Shark S8X-NDI is the ultimate all-in-one flypack for NDI-based workflows: houses of worship, corporate, education, esports, and high-end mobile production.
