Product description

Accsoon SeeMo 4K converts the camera’s HDMI signal for one supported iPhone/iPad device. A wired HDMI adapter for iPhone/iPad: UHD 4K30 monitoring, H.264 recording and streaming in Accsoon SEE. It supports UHD 4K30, also 720p, and uses an NP-F550/750/970 battery. The mobile app provides monitoring tools, audio/video recording and Internet streaming. Use the dedicated included Accsoon USB cable; cameras, mobile devices, batteries and HDMI/SDI signal cables are purchased separately. The SD reader transfers files with compatible USB-C iOS devices; it does not record camera video directly to a card.

A wired HDMI adapter for iPhone/iPad: UHD 4K30 monitoring, H.264 recording and streaming in Accsoon SEE.

4K video through the right port

HDMI-A input accepts UHD 3840 × 2160 up to 30 fps or Full HD up to 60 fps. USB-C VIDEO OUT sends H.264 video to one supported iPhone/iPad. The separate USB-C port supplies 5 V / 3 A to compatible equipment. NP-F power, the battery lock, 1/4″-20 mount and SD reader are shown in the diagram.

A modular phone mount

The phone clamp separates from the image-processing module for mounting on suitable accessories, including a compatible optional iPad PowerCage. The included cold shoe adapter mounts the supplied assembly to a camera shoe. Phone, camera, cage and NP-F battery are separate equipment.

Check the detail in 4K

The Accsoon SEE app turns the supported mobile screen into a monitor with magnification, waveform, histogram, false colour, zebra, focus peaking, LUT, grids, markers, audio levels, overlay, mirror and anamorphic de-squeeze. Display quality and brightness depend on the connected Apple device.

Power for iPhone or iPad

An NP-F550/750/970 battery powers SeeMo 4K. The video connection can supply up to 5 V / 2.4 A to a compatible Lightning or USB-C iPhone/iPad. The separate auxiliary USB-C output is rated 5 V / 3 A. Consumption without connected-device charging is 3 W. The pictured cage, tablet and battery are optional.

Record and stream from iOS

Record H.264 up to UHD 30 fps to the iOS camera roll, then edit or share it. RTMP/SRT streaming uses the mobile Internet connection. Set the service address and stream key before going live; LUT and rotation options depend on the current app. The technical symbols in the graphic explain the workflow, rather than promising a localized app interface.

SD files, not SD recording

The SD reader transfers files between a card and a compatible USB-C iOS device at USB 2.0 speed. It supports SD/SDHC up to 32 GB and SDXC up to 2 TB. This feature is unavailable with Lightning devices. SeeMo does not record the live camera video directly onto the SD card; recording runs on the mobile device. Card sold separately.

The table compares iOS models: SeeMo has HDMI Full HD60; Pro adds SDI input and loop-out; SeeMo 4K has HDMI UHD30 and an SD reader. IN/OUT means input/output, SD means card reader and the battery symbol means power supply.
