Tilta NP-F970 Battery (10500mAh) - Green

The Tilta NP-F970 replaces NP-F series cells, the batteries that power on-camera monitors, LED lights, wireless video transmitters and camcorders on set. In the same plate it delivers 10500 mAh, that is 76.34 Wh — in practice a shooting day without hunting for a socket. The housing is PC + ABS with V-0 flame retardancy and several independent circuits protect the cell. Green finish.

The Tilta NP-F970 is an NP-F format battery — it mounts on the standard plate used by on-camera monitors, LED panels, wireless video transmitters, camcorders and a wide range of other accessories. Its capacity of 10500 mAh amounts to 76.34 Wh, which at a nominal voltage of 7.27 V is enough for a long shooting day without a swap.

On the side sits a state-of-charge indicator with four LEDs and a CHECK button: one press tells you whether the battery holds 25, 50, 75 or 100 percent. You do not have to mount it on a device to know whether it is worth taking along.

The housing is PC + ABS with V-0 flame retardancy and the battery carries multi-stage protection — against overcharge, deep discharge, short circuit, overcurrent, overheating and magnetic fields. The CCC, CE, RoHS, FCC, UL, KC certifications cover safety requirements for the European and overseas markets. Charge at 0 to 45 °C, discharge at −20 to 60 °C and store at −20 to 45 °C.

The battery mounts on the NP-F plate used by accessories from many brands — on-camera monitors, LED lights, wireless video transmitters and the Sony HDR-FX1000E, HDR-AX2000E, FDR-AX1E, PXW-Z100 and HXR-NX5R camcorders. Always check your particular device in its manual.
