A 24–75 mm equivalent lens

The E PZ 16–50 mm F3.5–5.6 OSS II covers 24–75 mm in full-frame terms, weighs 107 g and has optical stabilisation. It focuses from 0.25 m, so you can show even a small product to camera.

Clean sound outdoors too

The three-capsule microphone picks up automatically or from the front, rear or all directions. A windscreen and windscreen adaptor are in the box, with a microphone input and headphone output on the side.

Eye AF for people, animals and birds

Phase detection across 759 points for stills and 495 for movies keeps focus on the eyes even in motion. The Product Showcase button shifts focus to the product you hold up to the camera.

4K/60p from a 5.6K readout

Fast sensor readout and oversampling from 5.6K deliver 4K/60p with detail plain 4K does not have.

Cinematic Vlog

Cinematic footage without complex settings: Looks such as S-Cinetone and Moods that emphasise chosen colours.

NP-FZ100 battery

The high-capacity battery lasts approx. 610 shots or 130 minutes of video to CIPA.
