The RGBlink RMS8424 is a professional dual 8-inch rack-mount preview monitor designed for broadcast and AV environments, offering multi-signal monitoring, built-in audio preview, tally indicators, and USB media playback in a compact 4RU format.

The RGBlink RMS8424 is a fully featured dual preview rack monitor built for broadcast control rooms, OB vans, studios, and live production environments where reliable multi-signal monitoring is essential. Housed in a standard 19-inch 4RU rack-mount chassis, the RMS8424 integrates two independent 8-inch LCD monitors, each with a native resolution of 1024 × 600 and a 16:9 aspect ratio. Each display can independently select input sources via an intuitive on-screen menu and supports professional monitoring tools such as markers, underscan/overscan control, and zoom for detailed image inspection.

Designed for operational flexibility, the RMS8424 supports CVBS, DVI, and VGA inputs as standard, with optional SDI support available on the RMS8424S variant. It features automatic resolution detection supporting input formats up to 2048 × 1152@60Hz and 2560 × 1152@50Hz, along with ultra-wide custom formats. Embedded audio can be monitored through built-in speakers for each screen or via a 3.5 mm headphone jack. Broadcast-style LED tally indicators are integrated above each monitor, and unique USB preview functionality allows direct playback of media files from USB storage. With adjustable viewing angles and an externally mounted, detachable power supply, the RMS8424 delivers a robust and space-efficient monitoring solution for professional broadcast workflows.
