RGBLink bond 7 UHD 5G bonding encoder

The RGBlink Bond 7 UHD 5G Bonding Encoder is a compact and versatile device for seamless live streaming, recording, and collaboration, featuring 5G connectivity, intelligent cloud integration, and real-time monitoring. It takes video over HDMI 2.0 or UVC, encodes it in H.264, H.265 and NDI HX3, and bonds the 5G mobile network with its built-in 2.4 and 5 GHz Wi-Fi.

The bond 7 UHD from the proStream range is a mobile live box for UHD resolution. It connects to a camera, encodes the picture and sends it out for live streaming over bonded network connections.

5G mobile network bonding

The encoder combines the capacity of the 5G mobile network with other connections and routes the stream across them, so that live streaming runs more smoothly even where a single network is not enough. Besides a SIM card in the built-in 5G module it can use 2.4 and 5 GHz Wi-Fi, Ethernet, a USB 5G dongle or smartphone tethering.

HDMI 2.0 and UVC input

It takes video over HDMI 2.0 from a camera or as UVC from a device connected over USB. It encodes in H.264 and H.265 and also supports NDI HX3 for video over a local network.

Landscape or portrait

You can switch between landscape and portrait mode as needed, so the picture format matches the way the stream will be watched. The screen on the encoder shows the streaming status in real time.

Battery power on the go

The encoder supports several power options and works with different types of replaceable batteries, including NP-F batteries. It can also be powered over USB-C or the DC input. A standard ¼″ thread lets you mount it on a camera or rig.
