The new version of the popular Hollyland Mars 400S wireless video transmission system offers longer range (up to 150 m) and lower latency (70 ms) while maintaining compatibility: elements of the Mars 400S Pro and 400S Pro II can be combined with each other! The Mars 400S Pro II also offers both SDI and HDMI interfaces for maximum compatibility with the technology, automatic channel selection and the ability to simultaneously preview video on up to four devices (can be operated in 1x Tx + 2x Rx, 1x Tx + 1x Rx + 2x applications, 1x Tx + 4x applications). Panasonic has unveiled an upgraded "D" version of the LUMIX G100 mini MFT mirrorless camera for vlogging and reportage. The new model brings, among other things, a 2.4MP OLED viewfinder and a USB-C interface that allows easy charging of the device's battery. Also featured are a large 20.3MP MOS sensor, 5-axis hybrid image stabilization, a large tilting touchscreen, V-Log L mode (12 EV dynamic range), Bluetooth 4.2 / Wi-Fi support, etc. The G100D is offered in kits with a 12-32mm f/3.5-5.6 lens (G100DK), with 12-32 mm lens and handle/mini tripod SHGR2 (G100DV) and in the set G100DW with a pair of lenses (12-32 mm and 35-100 mm f/4-5.6). Upcoming firmware 2.0 for LUMIX G9M2 will offer RAW output over HDMI for recording 12-bit Blackmagic RAW data with recorders/monitors Blackmagic Video Assist 5″ 12G HDR a Blackmagic Video Assist 7″ 12G HDR in [5.7K] / [C4K] / [5.8K(4:3)] / [4.4K(4:3)] modes; and to ProRes RAW via Atomos Ninja V, Ninja V+, Ninja, Ninja Ultra, Shogun, Shogun Ultra and Shogun Connect. New version DaVinci Resolve Studio 18.6.4 includes support for Blackmagic RAW 3.6 and minor fixes/improvements to bins, shared media, timeline backups, automations in Fairlight or the application/section particle generator Fusion Studio 18.6.4 Blackmagic Video Assist 3.14 update adds support for recording to Blackmagic RAW format on Video Assist 5" and 7" 12G HDR recorders/monitors from the new Panasonic camera LUMIX G9M2 (also requires the new Blackmagic RAW 3.6 update).
