Blackmagic Design ATEM Micro Camera Panel

ATEM Micro Camera Panel is a portable camera control panel (CCU) with high-end broadcast controls for up to eight compatible cameras from a single workstation. It provides iris, pedestal, shutter, white balance, master gain, ND filters and RGB balance and stores five scenes per camera. It connects to a computer running ATEM Software Control via Bluetooth 5.1 LE or USB-C and the built-in battery lasts at least 3 hours.

DaVinci color corrector in the camera

Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Cameras include a DaVinci primary color corrector, so from the panel you can do more than basic CCU adjustments – even a full color grade for a cinematic look.

On-air camera at a glance

The camera number glows green when off air and red when the camera is on air, so you know which camera you are adjusting.

Moves between switchers

The panel can move between any ATEM switcher models from job to job; it connects to a computer running ATEM Software Control.

Broadcast CCU-style control

Buttons along the side select between eight cameras and show which camera is on air before you adjust it. The smooth machined metal joystick sets the iris when moved up and down and master black (pedestal) when rotated; shutter, white balance, RGB gain and more are also controlled.

Consistent images from up to eight cameras

Change iris, pedestal, shutter, white balance, master gain, ND filters and RGB balance for the white and black parts of the image. Five scenes can be stored per camera and recalled quickly when light or location changes.

Blackmagic cameras via HDMI and SDI

With ATEM Mini switchers it controls Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera and Studio Camera models over HDMI; with SDI switchers it controls Blackmagic cameras with studio features over a single SDI cable from an aux output. Camera settings, tally and focus, iris and zoom of supported lenses can be adjusted remotely.

Bluetooth, USB-C and its own battery

The panel talks to ATEM Software Control wirelessly via Bluetooth 5.1 LE or over a USB-C cable that also provides power and charging. The built-in battery delivers at least three hours of normal use.

Works with other ATEM panels

The panel can be combined with other ATEM panels, such as the four-camera ATEM Camera Control Panel or ATEM Advanced Panels. Unlike them it does not connect via Ethernet but via USB-C or Bluetooth to a computer running ATEM Software Control.

Controls and connections

At the top the scene buttons and camera controls, in the middle the color controls, at the bottom the camera number and the joystick for iris and master black; at the back the Bluetooth pairing button, USB-C and the battery power switch.
