The sixth beta of DaVinci Resolve 19 is now compatible with Blackmagic RAW files created with cameras Blackmagic PYXIS 6K a Blackmagic URSA Cine 12K LF, as well as support for Dolby Vision metadata on select consumer displays and cards DeckLink 8K Pro G2 (also requires Desktop Video 14.2+) and delivers faster timeline movement with the mouse wheel, as well as faster rendering for larger Fusion program/section compositions. Long awaited 21.5" monitor Portkeys MT22DS is finally in stock! Atomos is famous for its Apple ProRes HDR recorders Ninja and Shogun, but in 2019 it also launched the pure monitoring solution Shinobi, which has also been extremely successful: more than 100,000 units sold worldwide! Second generation, Shinobi II, is a thin and light 5-inch HDR monitor with a high brightness of 1,500^cd/m2 and the ability to control (incl. trigger recording) most Canon, Panasonic or Sony mirrorless cameras (over USB-C) and the Z CAM E2 (requires optional LANC cable). With future updates, Atomos plans to support Fujifilm, Nikon, OM System and Sigma models as well. The intuitive touchscreen display has also been improved; at a high brightness of 1,500^cd/m2 it has 50% higher luminance than its predecessor and supports previewing 10-bit HDR video with zero latency.
