RGBlink mini-edge-lite

The RGBlink mini-edge-lite is a compact, all-in-one live production switcher built into a rugged PE flight case, combining video switching, multiview monitoring, streaming, recording, audio mixing, and PTZ camera control. The rear of the case carries four HDMI 2.0 inputs (up to 4K60), HDMI outputs for program and multiview and two USB-C ports.

The mini-edge-lite case carries the switcher, a large monitor and the connectors in one unit – put it on a table, open the lid and plug in the cables.

Two displays in one case

The lid holds a 14-inch Full HD TFT monitor for the multiview, while the switcher below has its own 5.5-inch LCD for menus and quick operation. The multiview shows preview, program and the four HDMI inputs with audio meters, so neither an external monitor nor a computer is needed.

Connectors

The rear carries four HDMI 2.0 inputs (up to 4K60, HDCP 2.2), HDMI outputs for program and multiview, two USB-C ports for a UVC camera, webcam output and recording, RJ45 network and a mains socket with a power switch. The HDMI outputs can be assigned to program, preview, AUX or a wide 3840 × 1080 multiview.

Audio and cooling

The side of the case carries the audio connectors: an XLR / 6.35 mm combo microphone input with 48 V phantom power, a 6.35 mm line input and 6.35 mm and 3.5 mm outputs. Eight sources go into the mix in total, including Bluetooth and USB-C audio. Air cooling keeps the switcher running outdoors too.

Dual HDMI outputs allow flexible assignment to Program, Preview, AUX, or ultra-wide 3840×1080 multiview, while the USB-C UVC output delivers up to 1080p60 for conferencing, streaming, or capture.

Advanced production tools include multi-layer compositing, per-layer scaling and cropping, chroma key, graphics and logo overlays, 17 transition effects, and up to 10 scene presets with thumbnail previews. Integrated PTZ control via a five-direction joystick supports up to four cameras using VISCA over IP.

For distribution, mini-edge-lite supports simultaneous RTMP(S) streaming to up to four platforms, plus one-touch MP4 recording to USB storage (up to 2TB, exFAT). Audio handling is equally robust, offering eight total audio inputs—four embedded HDMI, plus mic (with 48V phantom power), line, Bluetooth, and USB-C digital audio—with delay, mixing, and dual monitoring outputs. A powerful air-cooling system ensures stable 24/7 operation, even outdoors.
