Hollyland Pyro Ultra wireless video transmission system in a kit with one transmitter and two receivers. It transmits true 4K60 over HDMI and up to 1080p60 over 3G-SDI, up to 1.5 km line of sight, with latency from 20 ms in Focus Mode. The kit is ready for two monitors, for example for the director and the focus puller, and in Broadcast Mode you can add more receivers.
One transmitter on the camera, two receivers at the monitors and TWiFi technology that merges the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands into a single resilient link.

In Broadcast Mode the transmitter serves any number of receivers, with stable operation guaranteed for up to 20. The standard setup offers 6 monitoring screens: 4 receivers and 2 mobile apps.
Focus Mode reduces latency to 20 ms at 1080p25/30, 40 ms at 1080p60 and 45 ms at 4K60.
The kit works with Pyro H, Pyro S, Pyro 7, Pyro 5 and Vcore, so your existing gear stays in use.
TWiFi technology lets one transmitter connect an unlimited number of receivers with smooth, stable images. Stable operation is ensured with up to 20 receivers; additional connections depend on the environment. Range is up to 700 m in Broadcast Mode and up to 1.5 km outside it.

Pyro Ultra transmits true 4K at 60 frames per second over HDMI at a bitrate of 12 Mbps. The TWiFi codec preserves detail, subtle gradations and depth.

With Focus Mode enabled, latency on the enabled receivers drops to as low as 20 ms, so every focus pull responds instantly. The mode can be enabled on all receivers in a group at once, while the other monitors keep running unchanged.

TWiFi combines the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands into a single composite link that is more resilient than conventional dual-band transmission. Automatic frequency hopping avoids congested channels without manual intervention.

Pyro Ultra supports Dynamic Frequency Selection (DFS) bands, unlocking more spectrum for transmission in regulated regions. Frequency availability depends on local regulations.

The receiver connects to a computer over USB-C as a UVC capture device up to 4K60. Direct RTMP streaming handles up to 1080p60 for live production and remote collaboration.

Pyro Ultra works with Pyro 5 and Pyro 7 in both Broadcast and non-Broadcast Mode, and with Pyro H and Vcore in non-Broadcast Mode. Pyro S currently supports non-Broadcast Mode only; Broadcast support will come with a firmware update.

If the signal drops, the last frame stays on the monitor so the crew never loses the picture. A custom 1920 × 1080 image (JPG under 1 MB named logo.jpg) can be shown instead.

Receivers automatically adapt the output resolution to the connected device: even when transmitting 4K60, a receiver can send 1080p to a Full HD monitor. HDMI and SDI support fractional frame rates, and the transmitter has a 4K60 HDMI loop-out for the on-camera monitor.
