The Combo adds the Ronin Image Transmitter, a Focus Pro Motor with rod mount, USB-C and HDMI cables, a phone holder and an extended lower plate to RS 4 Pro.

Video and focus included

The Ronin Image Transmitter sends a live feed to your phone and the Focus Pro Motor drives lens focus or zoom.

2nd-gen axis locks

The axes unlock on power-up and lock when powered off or asleep; locked axes have smaller gaps, so the gimbal vibrates less.

Teflon™ and fine-tuning

All three axes have a low-friction Teflon™ surface, and a knob on the tilt axis moves the camera for millimetre-precise balance.

Joystick mode switch

The joystick controls either gimbal movement or zoom: Power Zoom on PZ lenses, Clear Image Zoom or zoom with a Focus Pro Motor.

Car Mount mode: Car Mount mode adapts the stabilization algorithm to vehicle vibration and wind resistance, keeping shots from a moving car steady.

LiDAR focus and Focus Pro: With the optional DJI Focus Pro LiDAR and Focus Pro Motor, RS 4 Pro gains longer-range LiDAR autofocus and ActiveTrack Pro tracking that holds the subject even after brief occlusion. Focus can also be controlled remotely with the Focus Pro Hand Unit.

Team shooting: Operators can control RS 4 Pro with DJI Master Wheels, DJI Ronin 4D Hand Grips or the DJI High-Bright Remote Monitor. The gimbal supports briefcase, dual-grip and ring-mount setups and, via the RS SDK, car mounts, jibs, Steadicam, cable cams and sliders.

Power and transmission: The optional DJI RS BG70 High-Capacity Battery Grip extends runtime to up to 29 hours and powers the camera and accessories with up to 18 W via USB-C. The Ronin Image Transmitter adds live feed, remote gimbal and camera control, ActiveTrack 4.0 and Force Mobile.

Automatic screen lock: When locked, the OLED touchscreen shows the current gimbal and joystick modes at reduced brightness, preventing accidental touches and saving battery.

4th-gen RS algorithm: The stabilization algorithm balances stabilization strength with a natural feel of camera movement and greatly improves stability in vertical shooting, for example when running or at low angles.
