Tilta Battery Handle Base Accessory Mounting Bracket

The Tilta Battery Handle Base Accessory Mounting Bracket fits onto the bottom of a DJI RS gimbal battery handle and turns it into a mounting point. It adds a cold shoe, two NATO rails on the sides and 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 threads underneath — so the handle takes both a tripod and accessories. It attaches with a dovetail joint and a locating pin.

The battery handle of a DJI gimbal has a single thread underneath, and that is where the options end. This bracket fits onto it and adds a cold shoe, two side NATO rails and a pair of threads — so the tripod goes under the gimbal and, at the same time, a microphone, a receiver or a small light.

Cold shoe and two NATO rails

A cold shoe sits on top and a short NATO rail on each side. The cold shoe takes a microphone or a wireless audio receiver, the NATO rails a clamp with a light, monitor or video receiver — and everything stays down by your hand rather than up at the camera, where it would upset the balance.

1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 threads underneath

Underneath are 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 threads. That is where the gimbal tripod screws on — the one you stand the rig on between takes — or any other support, such as a shoulder plate or a cart bracket.

Dovetail attachment with a locating pin

The bracket attaches to the handle with a dovetail joint rather than a screw. A locating pin stops it from sliding, so you can carry the gimbal by the handle with a clear conscience even with accessories hanging off the bracket.

For RS 2, RSC 2, RS 3, RS 3 Pro, RS 4, RS 4 Pro and RS 5

It fits the battery handles of the DJI RS 2, RSC 2, RS 3, RS 3 Pro, RS 4, RS 4 Pro and RS 5 gimbals. The body is aluminum alloy with stainless steel parts, finished in black.
