Introducing the new DZOFILM X-tract 18-28mm Metric T8 PL with hard case.

Zoom function

  • A new form/category of macro shooting - a zoom probe (18 - 28mm FF) covering commonly used focal lengths in advertising/TVC, with a field of view of 100° - 73° to improve shooting flexibility, suppress flare and vignetting outside the image and ensure image consistency.
  • Thanks to the parfocal design, the focus remains unchanged when zooming and a similar effect to the Zouk zoom can be achieved.

Image quality

  • Constant maximum aperture T8, multi-layer anti-reflective coating, sharp and clear at full aperture.
  • Image quality on par with high-definition films, 6 low-dispersion lenses correct colors, accurately reproduce colors, suppress breathing effect and vignetting.

Stability and durability

  • Waterproof, dustproof and fogproof (IP57 protection, waterproof body length > 28 cm, first lens with waterproof anti-fog film), adaptable to harsh conditions and special shooting.
  • Made of all metal (aerospace-grade aluminum alloy + oxide film, 25um thickness), ensures stability and durability in a variety of challenging shooting environments.

Lightweight and comfortable

  • The weight is only 1000g, the front diameter of the lens is <30mm, and the clearance when shooting in a narrow space is good to avoid blocking the light.
  • The body volume is controlled at approximately 400 mm in length, while the rear center of gravity design reduces shake when shooting and adapts to various forms of installation.

Magnification and focusing options

  • Maximum magnification of 2.1:1, closest working focus distance is approximately 6 mm.
  • a focusing stroke of 300° helps to control the focus gently and precisely and has been proven through 100,000 lifetimes at high frequencies.

Technical features of the lens

  • 7 high refractive lenses with a differential refractive index distribution of 2 + 5, making the image more transparent and the color temperature more realistic, improving the yellowing problem of traditional probes.
  • Full M0.8 tooth ring, adapted to the standardized design of the film and television industry.

Accessories and creative design (BC function)

  • Self-developed support seat type OY, quick-release type O with hole for standard 3/8 screw, type Y with hole for standard 1/4 screw, removable, suitable for adding accessories.
  • Smooth MO.8 swivel ring, 360 degree swivel angle, with swivel scale mark, to achieve 0 full angle swivel offset.

Usability design

  • From the magnification, waterproof line to the rotation scale, visual cues are provided and the operation is more human and intuitive.

Panasonic has introduced a new 4K PTZ camera with integrated auto-tracking. The AW-UE150AW / AW-UE150AK is an improved successor to the AW-UE150.

The UE150A camera features a high-sensitivity 1.0-sensor and offers a wide dynamic range for smooth gradation and high video quality. The main upgrade is an improved Optical Image Stabilizer (OIS) with internal mechanisms to reduce image jitter during pan and tilt movements and improved synchronization of preset pan, tilt and zoom positions for smoother and more natural camera movements.

Built-in optical low-pass filter minimizes color and brightness moiré when shooting monitors or LED walls. The UE150A is compatible with the Panasonic AK-HRP1010GJ/HRP1015GJ remote control panel, ensuring seamless color matching with studio cameras. Tally indicators in red, green and yellow enhance functionality for broadcast setups, making the camera a versatile tool for studio camera systems.

The UE150A supports a variety of video output formats, including 12G-SDI, 2x 3G-SDI, HDMI, IP and fiber optic, allowing for seamless integration into a variety of on-site production systems. For IP transmission, it supports standard NDI® High Bandwidth, enabling low-latency 4K video transmission, while SRT support ensures reliable performance even in unstable network conditions. Its versatility makes Panasonic's new PTZ camera ideal for compact systems used in remote production or live broadcast. Widely popular features include FreeD protocol support for integration with AR/VR systems and 4K image cropping with position and size adjustment.

The UE150A now includes a built-in auto-tracking feature that easily captures a moving presenter. The camera follows the speaker without the need for detailed operator control, allowing realistic video recording at any time.

Key Features:

  • High-sensitivity 1.0-sensor supporting 4K 60/50p recording.
  • Wide-angle lens (75.1° horizontal) with 20x optical zoom.
  • 20-ISO zoom lens with 20-ISO zoom angle and 20-ISO zoom lens with 20-ISO zoom angle.
  • Various 4K interfaces (12G-SDI, HDMI, fiber optic, IP).
  • Support for multiple transmission protocols, including NDI® High Bandwidth for low latency 4K video.
  • Integrated optical low-pass filter to minimize moiré effects ("Anti-Moiré Filter").
  • Built-in auto-tracking for easy capture of subjects in the frame.
  • Connects to the AK-HRP1010GJ/HRP1015GJ remote control panel for studio-level color matching.
  • UHD cropping function.
  • HDR (HLG) compatibility to prevent burnt-out highlights and shadow areas and ensure faithful image reproduction.
  • Enhanced OIS to reduce camera shake.
  • FreeD protocol compatibility for integration with AR/VR systems.
  • V-Log for color grading for wide dynamic range and broad color palette.
  • 4K image cropping with position and size adjustment.
  • PoE++ support

Nikon has today expanded its line-up of high-performance f/1.2 lenses with the addition of the new NIKKOR Z 35mm f/1.2 S.

With its extremely high f/1.2 aperture, the lens opens up new creative possibilities for photography and video. It provides perfect control over the light. Whether it's fashion, reportage photography, fine art, action, documentary photography: the light speaks and this lens listens.

The perfectly balanced optical design combines high-quality imaging and precise focusing to capture scenes with masterful detail. Even the finest colour shades and details are captured with maximum brilliance and contrast across the entire image field - even when shooting in harsh backlight. The reproduction of both sharp and out-of-focus areas of the image is characterised by such subtlety in the transitions between foreground and background that subjects are isolated with an almost three-dimensional effect.

Photographers and cinematographers who want to take advantage of the extremely shallow depth of field can work confidently at f/1.2 thanks to Nikon's fast and accurate combined focusing system. Even the tiniest bit of the scene can be sharp against a backdrop of round, smoothly graduated bokeh - even when shooting close subjects. Whether working with the camera in landscape or portrait, intuitive and fully customisable controls are always within easy reach, and this robust FX-format lens is fully sealed for working in dusty environments or unpredictable climates.

Key Features:

  • Classic 35mm focal length, masterful imaging performance
  • Extremely high f/1.2 aperture
  • High-quality reproduction of out-of-focus areas thanks to 11lamel aperture with circular aperture
  • Precision S-series optics
  • Exceptional image brilliance
  • Camera operators' favourite focal length
  • Fast and accurate autofocusing
  • Easy operation
  • Durable design
  • Part of a trio of high light f/1.2 S-series lenses
