Tilta Nucleus-M II Follow Focus Marking Disk

The Tilta Follow Focus Marking Disk WLC-T06-FMD is a white dry-erase ring that snaps onto the hand wheel of the Nucleus-M II FIZ Hand Unit. The focus puller writes the marks for a particular lens and shot on it with a dry-erase marker; for the next lens they take a second disk and swap them in a second. It is sold singly — as a replacement for the five disks in the kit or as an extra when more lenses are mapped.

The Tilta Follow Focus Marking Disk is the classic mechanical focus marking disk for the Nucleus-M II FIZ Hand Unit — the counterpart of the electronic disk WLC-T06-EMD. One disk with its own marks for each lens, swapped with a single click.

Dry-erase surface, snap-on mount

The disk is white plastic with a dry-erase surface: marks are drawn on with a dry-erase marker and wiped off after the shot or the lens change. It snaps onto the hand wheel of the FIZ Hand Unit exactly like the disks supplied in the WLC-T06 and WLC-T06-K1 kits, so they all mix freely — one disk with its own marks for every mapped lens, and when you move to another piece of glass you just swap.

The Tilta Nucleus-M II system

Nucleus-M II is wireless lens control: motors on 15/19 mm rods turn focus, iris and zoom, the FIZ hand unit or the hand grip with wheel drive them remotely, and power and data run over 7-pin cables. The parts of the WLC-T06 series combine — motor gears, cables, brackets, grip modules and the case all belong to the same system, including this one.
