The Tilta Baby Pin Adapter WLC-T06-BPA puts the Nucleus-M II FIZ Hand Unit on a stand: it screws into the Monitor Mounting Bracket for the FIZ unit with a 1/4"-20 thread, and its receiver sits on a standard 16 mm baby pin — on a C-stand, a light stand or a tripod with that pin. A tilt axis with adjustable tension tips the unit to a comfortable angle, and a side screw locks it on the pin. The result is a focus-pulling station where the focus puller does not have to hold the unit.
The Tilta Baby Pin Adapter is the link between the Monitor Mounting Bracket for the Nucleus-M II FIZ Hand Unit (WLC-T06-MMB) and a stand with a baby pin. The same adapter ships in the WLC-T06 Ultimate Kit; on its own it suits the WLC-T06-K1 kit and a second stand.
The adapter has a 1/4"-20 thread on top, which screws into the Monitor Mounting Bracket for the FIZ unit, and a receiver for a standard 16 mm baby pin underneath. The FIZ Hand Unit, monitor and all, stands on a C-stand or light stand at whatever height the focus puller sets, with both hands free for the wheel and the marking disk. The adapter is aluminum alloy, in black.
Between the thread and the receiver is a tilt axis: tip the unit towards you to the angle where the display and wheel are easy to see, and set the joint's tension so it holds position yet still moves by hand. A small screw on the side of the receiver locks the adapter onto the baby pin, so the station neither twists nor slides during work.
Nucleus-M II is wireless lens control: motors on 15/19 mm rods turn focus, iris and zoom, the FIZ hand unit or the hand grip with wheel drive them remotely, and power and data run over 7-pin cables. The parts of the WLC-T06 series combine — motor gears, cables, brackets, grip modules and the case all belong to the same system, including this one.
