Saramonic SR-TRS-C01 Locking 3.5mm TRS to 3.5mm TRS Timecode Cable

The Saramonic SR-TRS-C01 is a coiled cable with a locking 3.5 mm TRS connector at one end and a right-angle 3.5 mm TRS connector at the other. It carries timecode in both directions between the Saramonic TC-NEO generator, cameras and recorders, and also works as an audio output cable for wireless microphone receivers. It is a replacement cable for Saramonic K9 systems and the TC-NEO. The coil measures 17.8 cm and extends to 48.3 cm.

Locking 3.5 mm TRS connector

Once inserted, the right-angle 3.5 mm TRS connector is secured by a rotating locking collar, so it will not pull out even when the camera moves. It plugs into the timecode port of the Saramonic TC-NEO and of generators and slates from other makers.

The coiled cable measures 17.8 cm at rest and extends to 48.3 cm, keeping the rig tidy while reaching further when needed. The other end has a right-angle 3.5 mm TRS connector.

Timecode and audio

As a timecode cable it links the Saramonic TC-NEO generator to the 3.5 mm timecode input of a recorder, slate or camera, or to the microphone input of a camera that records the timecode to an audio track. As an audio cable it carries sound from a wireless microphone receiver to the camera.

Additional information

The SR-TRS-C01 cable carries timecode between the generator and a camera or recorder, so the whole production runs on one timeline. The locking 3.5 mm connector stays put even when moving around the set, and the connectors and jacket stand up to daily use.
