Saramonic SR-TRS-C10 Locking 3.5mm TRS to Sony Multi-Port Timecode Cable

The Saramonic SR-TRS-C10 is a timecode cable from a locking 3.5 mm TRS connector to a Sony Multi-Port connector. It carries timecode from the Saramonic TC-NEO or another generator or slate to the Sony FX3, FX30, α1 and α7S III, which write it into the recording's metadata. The footage then lines up in the edit with sound and with other cameras. The cable is 30 cm long fully extended and weighs 25 g.

Once inserted, the right-angle 3.5 mm TRS connector is secured by a rotating locking collar, so it will not pull out even when the camera moves. It plugs into the timecode port of the Saramonic TC-NEO and of generators and slates from other makers.

Sony Multi-Port connector

The Sony Multi-Port connector plugs into the Multi interface of the Sony FX3, FX30, α1 and α7S III and other compatible Sony cameras. The timecode is written into the recording's metadata.

Plug the 3.5 mm TRS connector into the generator's timecode output and the Multi-Port connector into the Multi interface of the Sony camera. The camera writes the timecode into the recording's metadata, and the editing software uses it to line up picture with sound from the recorder.
