Its HDMI 1.4 input accepts signals up to 2160p (UHD and DCI 4K) at 24, 25 and 30 fps, making it suitable for filmmaking and photography. The 16:10 display with 1800 cd/m² brightness and a 1200:1 contrast ratio shows a native 1920 × 1200 image, and the HDMI loop-through output passes the signal on to another device.
A bright 7" monitor for shooting in the sun
1800 cd/m² keeps the image readable outdoors without a hood. The H7 also handles HDR and 3D LUTs and runs on two hot-swappable Sony NP-F batteries.

HDR, power and mounting
The H7 supports loading 3D LUTs via its USB port and accepts HDR input with wide dynamic range display modes ST2084-300, ST2084-1000, ST2084-10000 and HLG (Hybrid Log-Gamma). The rear carries a plate for two Sony NP-F batteries to keep the monitor powered on long shoots. The batteries are hot-swappable, so you can remove and charge one while the monitor keeps running on the other.
The H7 has a built-in speaker, a headphone jack, a tally input and control and function buttons around the display. Two customizable function buttons act as shortcuts to your favorite features. Mount it on the camera with the included 1/4"-20 hot shoe mount or use the threads on the bottom and sides. An HDMI A/C cable, a tally cable and a carrying bag are also included.
