Portkeys PL5

The Portkeys PL5 is a compact 5.4" touchscreen monitor that combines a precise image preview, pass-through HDMI output, and a built-in USB 3.0 capture card for direct streaming. The 10-bit panel (8+2 FRC) with a resolution of 1920 × 1152 displays smooth color transitions, and weighing approximately 154 g, it’s well-suited for mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and small camera setups.

Monitor and capture card in one

The PL5 accepts HDMI signals up to DCI 4K at 30 fps and simultaneously provides HDMI output up to 1080p60. The USB 3.0 Type-C port provides a 1080p60 video signal in YUV2 or M-JPEG format, so you can connect the monitor directly to a computer and use it with streaming applications, such as OBS, without a separate capture card.

5.4" Touchscreen with Precise Display

The panel, with a resolution of 1920 × 1152, 500 nits of brightness, and a 1000:1 contrast ratio, provides a sharp preview for checking composition, focus, and exposure. The touchscreen interface of the MOVNORM operating system allows you to quickly change settings and organize your workspace according to your shooting style.

Professional monitoring tools

Waveform, histogram, peaking, zebra, false color, guides, anamorphic de-squeeze, zoom, aspect ratio check, and other tools are available. Custom 3D LUTs can be imported and used to preview the desired color look right on set.

360° Color Corrector

The built-in color corrector allows you to finely adjust the hue, saturation, and brightness of individual color areas. You can better match the image to other monitors or prepare a consistent preview for a specific scene.

Compact Design and Flexible Power Options

The monitor can be powered by a Sony NP‑F battery or via USB‑C. Low power consumption of approximately 7 W and a lightweight design make it easy to use during mobile shoots. A 3.5mm headphone output is also available for audio monitoring.
