The batteries have a capacity of 2250 mAh, that is 16.2 Wh at 7.2 V. In practice that is roughly 3000 shots each. In video one battery lasts around 3 h.

Charging over USB-C

The battery charges straight over USB-C, so on the road a cable and any source will do — a power bank, a laptop or a car charger. The indicator on the battery glows red while charging and green when full. Over USB-C it is full in about four hours — from a power bank or a laptop too, with no original charger needed.

The chip watches over-charge, over-discharge, over-voltage, over-current, short circuit and overheating, and switches to trickle charging once full.
