Signal checks right at the rack

The 1U chassis has a 2.2″ color display, twelve buttons and a spin knob for configuration and diagnostics. The built-in speaker and 6.35 mm headphone output make on-site audio checks easy; the front USB-C port is used for setup and updates.

Eight channels in both directions

Each of the eight channels has its own 12G-SDI input and output with 16 channels of embedded audio. The converter detects SD, HD, Ultra HD and 4K DCI automatically and regenerates the SDI signal (reclocking), so it sends a clean, low-jitter signal to the network.

Into large SMPTE-2110 networks

Connections between devices are made via NMOS IS-04 and IS-05, so the converter works with router panels and control software. Configuration and updates use the 1G Ethernet port or USB-C 3.0.

Eight independent converters for SDI and IP
Eight independent bidirectional 12G-SDI ↔ SMPTE ST 2110 converters link SDI equipment to the IP infrastructure. Eight 10G SFP ports allow long-distance optical Ethernet links and the converter supports HD and Ultra HD up to 2160p60.

Eight channels, one shared program return
Each of the eight channels has its own 12G-SDI input and output. A separate 12G-SDI program input (PGM) with loop output provides a common return signal for all channels, so a single program feed serves all connected sources.
