Tilta Khronos NATO Quick Release Adapter - Space Gray

The Tilta Khronos NATO Quick Release Adapter gives the Khronos case a NATO rail and a 1/4"-20 thread with anti-rotation locating pins. It seats without tools in the locking clamp at any mounting point on the case: press the button, set the adapter on the pins, release. The Tilta Khronos NATO Quick Release Adapter (the Khronos Universal NATO Mount in the manufacturer's naming) gives the Khronos case two interfaces it does not have on its own: a NATO rail and a 1/4"-20 thread. Locking clamp at any mounting point

The adapter uses the same locking clamp as the other Khronos parts. It fits any mounting point on the case: press the release button, line the adapter up on the pins and let go — it holds firmly and needs no tools. It comes off just as quickly, so switching between a rig with a handle and a bare phone takes seconds. The aluminum body is light and adds no bulk to the case.

NATO rail and 1/4"-20 thread with locating pins

The adapter carries a NATO rail that takes a NATO handle, a monitor mount or any other NATO part — the Khronos Adjustable NATO Handle, for one. Next to it is a 1/4"-20 thread with multi-directional locating pins, so an articulating arm, magic arm or light mount will not twist once tightened. The two most common camera interfaces thus sit on the Khronos case on one small part.
