Teranex AV is a low-latency professional standards converter for live AV, broadcast and projection systems. It combines 12G-SDI, HDMI 2.0a, 10-bit processing, freeze frame and still store in a compact 1RU design.
Low latency for live AV and projection
Teranex AV converts SDI and HDMI across SD, HD and Ultra HD formats while retaining the responsiveness required for live events. It is suited to conference rooms, LED walls, large projection systems and control rooms.

Conversion and HDMI loop-through in one 1RU unit
The HDMI input and output support conversion as well as loop-through monitoring. SDI handles single-, dual- and quad-link workflows, connecting professional and presentation equipment without another converter.
Audio, synchronization and video walls
Analog XLR, AES/EBU and RCA audio simplify sound-system integration. Still store, freeze frame, reference input and video-wall processing support dependable live-event operation.

The archived text presented Teranex AV as a low-latency converter for live production, professional AV installations and large projection systems.
Alongside extensive SD, HD and Ultra HD conversion, it highlighted the ability to work with professional SDI and widely available HDMI 2.0a, including HDMI loop-through.
Still store and instant freeze frame were important for live operation, while video-wall processing helped divide an image across multi-display installations.
The original presentation also covered XLR, AES/EBU and RCA audio, reference input, Ethernet control and optional optical SDI connectivity in a compact 1RU chassis.
