Blackmagic Design SmartScope Duo 4K is a unique dual rack monitor with built in broadcast accurate waveform monitoring on large 8-inch LCD screens, allowing customers to have any combination of video and waveform monitoring, all in the single unit.
SmartScope Duo 4K lets each of its two 8-inch displays independently show video or a professional scope for SD, HD and Ultra HD signals.

Choose waveform, vectorscope, RGB parade, YUV parade, histogram, audio phase and level displays. The two screens can be combined freely for the task at hand.
Ethernet control makes it easier to match settings across multiple monitors. Independent red, green or blue tally borders on each display integrate with live production.

The SmartScope Duo 4K is a professional monitoring solution with 6G-SDI support that enables precise monitoring of video and waveforms in SD, HD, and Ultra HD resolutions. For optimal use in the production workflow, integration with compatible SDI sources, signal converters, and professional post-production software is essential.
Cameras with SDI Output - These professional cameras provide a direct SDI output compatible with the SmartScope Duo 4K monitor’s inputs.
Video interfaces and converters - Signal conversion devices and I/O cards that allow you to send video from a computer directly to a monitor.
Software and Post-Production - Tools for editing and color correction, where the SmartScope Duo 4K serves as a key element for technical image monitoring.
