SD, HD and 3G-SDI with auto switching

SmartView Duo supports SD, HD and 3G-SDI including 1080 progressive and 2K formats over 3G-SDI. When the format changes, it switches automatically in less than a second.

Central management via Ethernet

Via Ethernet with loop through, all monitors can be set up from one computer in SmartView Utility for Mac and Windows, and settings can be copied from one monitor to another. An identify function shows which monitor you are currently adjusting. Updates are loaded via USB.

Accurate SDI monitoring without an unnecessarily deep rack

SmartView

SmartView products are ideal tools for checking SDI signal quality. They are extremely thin and light, which suits them not only to fixed installations but also to work in the field, and they switch automatically between SD, HD and 3G-SDI standards. SmartView Duo offers two 8″ screens, SmartScope Duo 4K in the same design adds scopes, and SmartView 4K G3 offers a large Ultra HD display.

High quality SDI monitoring

SmartView monitors are designed for studios and other facilities that demand the highest picture quality, and they use high quality circuits and algorithms for filtering and scaling the image. Thanks to high quality electronics they deliver accurate, consistent color. They have an Ethernet port for remote control with the included application for macOS and Windows and support tally signaling compatible with most switchers and automation systems.

Compact design

Modern broadcast trucks and studios are short of space in their equipment racks. SmartView monitors are very thin and light, so they place minimal demands on the depth and strength of rack cabinets. When building a monitor wall you save valuable space, and thanks to the low weight SmartView monitors are easy to use in portable installations and flight cases too. The displays can also be operated upside down for the best viewing angle.
