Original detailed Teranex Express description

Teranex Express was presented as a versatile professional standards converter with patented PixelMotion processing. The archived presentation highlighted an exceptionally broad conversion range across SD, HD, 2K and Ultra HD formats.

Its main strength was the combination of up, down and cross conversion with motion processing, noise reduction, aspect-ratio conversion and frame-rate conversion in a single device.

12G-SDI enables Ultra HD operation up to 2160p60 while retaining compatibility with 3G-SDI, HD-SDI and SD-SDI signals. Dual-link and quad-link SDI support also helps integrate older equipment.

The original text further emphasized 16 channels of embedded audio, timecode and closed-caption handling, optical connectivity and a compact 1RU chassis for studio racks.
