Insta360 has just unveiled its new 360° action camera, the X4 Air. This new model is more compact than the X4 and has a smaller battery, yet retains the same image performance. An important difference from the X4 is its significantly lower price, which means that the Air offers top-quality footage at a more affordable price.

The Insta360 X4 Air weighs only 165 g and allows recording in 8K (7680 × 3840) resolution at 30 frames per second. The sensor is CMOS and has an aperture of 1.95. The camera offers 360° recording, supports microSDHC cards, and is equipped with a six-axis gyroscope. The battery capacity is 2010 mAh and lasts up to 88 minutes at 8K30fps (in 360 video mode).
