The Nikon Z5II kit with the NIKKOR Z 24-105mm f/4-7.1 lens pairs a 24.5 MP full-frame camera with the EXPEED 7 processor and a light all-round zoom for travel, portraits and video. The Z5II focuses down to −10 EV, its sensor-shift stabilisation reaches up to 7.5 EV, the viewfinder shines at 3,000 nits, and 4K and N-RAW video are recorded straight in the camera.
The Picture Control button switches colour presets while you shoot, and Nikon Imaging Cloud lets you download imaging recipes from Nikon and creators straight to the camera. The vari-angle touchscreen makes shots from unusual angles easy.
The Z5II body and the NIKKOR Z 24-105mm f/4-7.1 lens: the whole set weighs approximately 1,050 g.

Autofocus derived from Nikon’s professional Z models is 68% faster than on the Z5 and works down to −10 EV. Subject tracking keeps focus even on fast movement.
The 3.69-million-dot electronic viewfinder reaches 3,000 nits, three times brighter than the Z5. A 60 fps refresh rate gives a smooth real-time view.
The FX-format 24–105 mm zoom covers everything from wide angle to short telephoto: landscapes, cityscapes, travel, portraits and video. The lens weighs approximately 350 g, and its sealing helps keep dust and water droplets out.
From 24 to 50 mm it focuses as close as 0.2 m, at 105 mm down to 0.28 m. Between 70 and 105 mm it reaches 0.5× magnification, so a flower, a dish or a small object can be captured without changing lenses.
The Z5II records N-RAW (12-bit) internally, 4K/30p, cropped 4K/60p and Full HD up to 120p for slow motion. N-Log and HLG are also available.
A stepping motor (STM) drives fast, smooth and very quiet autofocus, so focusing noise does not spoil the video soundtrack.
The lens ring can be assigned to manual focus or aperture, for example, so settings change silently.
In Full HD video it extends the focal length 2×, up to the equivalent of 210 mm, without loss of image quality.
Two SD UHS-II cards for backup or separate RAW and JPEG recording.
