The fast buffer holds up to 200 JPEG images or 124 12-bit uncompressed RAW images in a single burst. The camera can be powered via USB-C and charge its battery while shooting, which anyone recording long interviews will appreciate.
The Z 6II body and the NIKKOR Z 24-105mm f/4-7.1 lens weighing approximately 350 g for versatile stills and video.

Hybrid autofocus with 273 points covers most of the frame, and bursts of up to 14 fps keep full autofocus and exposure metering.
4K UHD and Full HD up to 120p, with N-Log and HLG output for HDR. During recording you can adjust AF speed and tracking sensitivity and use eye detection for people and animals.
The FX-format 24–105 mm zoom covers everything from wide angle to short telephoto: landscapes, cityscapes, travel, portraits and video. The lens weighs approximately 350 g, and its sealing helps keep dust and water droplets out.
From 24 to 50 mm it focuses as close as 0.2 m, at 105 mm down to 0.28 m. Between 70 and 105 mm it reaches 0.5× magnification, so a flower, a dish or a small object can be captured without changing lenses.
Via USB-C the camera can be powered while charging its battery. The optional MB-N11 battery grip adds vertical shooting controls and lets you swap batteries without losing power.
A stepping motor (STM) drives fast, smooth and very quiet autofocus, so focusing noise does not spoil the video soundtrack.
The lens ring can be assigned to manual focus or aperture, for example, so settings change silently.
A 67 mm thread for polarising, neutral density or soft filters. The HB-93B lens hood is sold separately.
With the FTZ mount adapter you can also use NIKKOR lenses with the Nikon F mount.
