Hollyland Pyro 5 Wireless Transceiving Monitor

Hollyland Pyro 5 combines a 5.5-inch monitor, wireless transmitter and receiver in one device. It provides a Full HD 1,500-nit display, up to 400 m line-of-sight range and approximately 60 ms latency in Smooth mode.

Broadcast mode lets one transmitter feed up to four receivers. Dual-band 2.4/5 GHz operation, automatic frequency hopping, proxy recording, RTMP and HDMI/3G-SDI connectivity make it a flexible monitor for cameras and video village.

Monitor, transmitter and receiver in one

Pyro 5 combines a 5.5-inch field monitor with a wireless transmitter and receiver. TX or RX mode can be selected directly on the device, allowing the same monitor to work on the camera, at the focus puller's station or in video village. Its 1,500-nit screen remains readable outdoors, while monitoring tools include waveform, vectorscope, histogram, zebra, false color, focus assist and 3D LUTs.

A picture for the whole crew

Outside Broadcast mode, line-of-sight transmission reaches up to 400 m. In Broadcast mode, one transmitter can feed up to four receivers at up to 200 m. Dual-band 2.4/5 GHz operation and automatic frequency hopping help maintain a stable link in busy RF environments.

Ready for cameras and streaming

Pyro 5 accepts HDMI 1.4b and 3G-SDI, provides HDMI loop-out in TX mode and HDMI output in RX mode. It supports timecode proxy recording to an SD card, RTMP streaming, multi-camera view switching and control of supported cameras over USB-C. An NP-F battery plate and 10–18 V DC input keep the rig flexible.
