Camera Control V1.0 is here! We know it’s been a long time coming but we are happy to announce that today we are releasing an app update adding our first version of Camera Control to the product line. The update is available via the app store (iOS) or play store (android).
Camera control works with Genie Micro, Genie Mini II, Genie II Linear and Genie II Pan Tilt. In order to control camera settings such as ISO, Aperture and Shutter Speed on your camera you must be connected via USB. Your compatible Syrp device comes with a USB-C to USB-A adapter in order to connect USB cameras to your Genie Device. If your camera already has USB-C then the adapter is not required. Please note that camera control is not possible using the Syrp link Cable.
Compatibility is currently being worked on and on first release will include most major Canon and Nikon Cameras. Sony and other models will eventually be tested and added to the list.
