New version of the popular side focus system in stock soon Tilta Nucleus Nano (and many other Tilta products)! The updated second generation Nucleus Nano has been completely redesigned and now integrates simultaneous control of lenses, cameras (Sony, Blackmagic, Canon, etc.) and stabilizers (DJI RS 2, RS 3 Pro). The handheld unit now features a much easier to read, touchscreen display with clear display/control of lens and camera parameters, an internal battery with up to 7 hours of battery life, and an optional handle with additional joystick. The system is backwards compatible with the original Nano, Nucleus M and Tilta Mirage VND. It allows easy simultaneous control of focus, aperture and zoom lenses, as well as other compatible products, e.g. ND filter settings on the Tilta Mirage compendium; save lens profiles, etc. The stepper motor has also been improved with automatic control, up to 5x more torque than the original Nucleus Nano, a modern USB-C interface and the ability to easily chain motors (up to 4 channels).

Panasonic has unveiled the successor to the LUMIX G9, the new BG1 battery grip with joystick for the S5/S5M2/S5M2X/G9M2 models, as well as two new MFT zoom lenses (Panasonic Leica DG Vario-Elmarit 35-100 mm f/2.8 Power O.I.S. a Panasonic Leica DG Vario-Elmar 100-400 mm, f/4.0-6.3 II Asph. Power O.I.S.). New G9M2 is equipped with a new 25.2MP Live MOS sensor and a more powerful processor for unlimited time-lapse 4K 60p video recording (4:2:2, 10-bit) respectively. up to 4K 120p (4:2:0, 10-bit) and 5.8K Open Gate 4:2:0, as well as a dynamic range of 13+ EV (integrated V-Log mode); improved autofocus (Phase Hybrid AF, AI subject recognition function...), the ability to record to external USB drives, innovative stabilization technologies (Dual I.S. 2, Active I.S, Boost I.S.), body taken from the popular S5M2/S5M2X series, etc. All the new products introduced should be on sale around the beginning of November.

Grass Valley unveils new EDIUS 11! The eleventh version of the popular video editor for Windows comes with a suite of tools using artificial intelligence algorithms, and is also ready to integrate third-party online and offline AI services. Included is the powerful Mync 11 content management system with tight integration into EDIUS 11, and to ensure seamless group collaboration comes the new Chorus Hub 11 Server.

New features include an updated program kernel with support for the latest PC/GPU technologies, a new intelligent filter for color correction, clip type Adjustment for simultaneous application of effects to multiple tracks, AI-based speech recognition, a dedicated audio editor also supporting automatic speech-to-text conversion, and an upgraded, powerful subtitler. The newly developed Chorus Hub 11 Server technology enables team collaboration - by connecting multiple EDIUS 11 clients, the XRE rendering engine, Mync 11 and server storage. Thanks to the supplied developer tools, it also allows to integrate AI services (automatic video and photo tagging, quality control, etc.).

Grass Valley EDIUS 11 will be available in different versions including EDIUS 11 Pro, EDIUS 11 Workgroup and the new EDIUS 11 Broadcast variant, EDU licenses and upgrades from older versions. In addition to the new Blackmagic Cinema Camera 6K, Blackmagic Design has also focused on the studio camera segment, where they now offer a pair of new products: Blackmagic Studio Camera 4K Plus G2 and the Blackmagic Micro Studio Camera 4K G2. The former is an upgrade of the popular Studio Camera 4K Plus, now with a 12G-SDI interface, support for remote control over the network via USB and REST API, and talkback via headsets with 3.5mm connectors. The new Micro Studio Camera retains the compact design of the original model, with new features including an upgraded 4K sensor (with 13 EV dynamic range, dual native sensitivity and max ISO 25600) for seamless shooting even in low light. Blackmagic Micro Studio Camera 4K G2 also adds 12G-SDI with up to 2160p60 support, a USB-C interface for recording Blackmagic RAW footage to external drives, and remote control over an Ethernet network (using a USB-C/Ethernet adapter). Both new products will be on sale approximately this October.
