Tilta Battery Plate for Canon C400 - V Mount

The Tilta ES-T22-BP-V battery plate adds V-Mount battery power to the cage for the Canon EOS C400. It powers the camera through its own cable with a 4-pin XLR connector and offers two D-Tap 14.8 V outputs, a 2-pin 14.8 V output and two USB-C PD outputs (60 W and 20 W). A USB-C PD 45 W input runs it even when no battery is mounted. The mount swivels, so the batteries in the camera body stay within reach.

The battery plate brings the power of the whole rig together into one part: it carries a V-Mount battery, powers the camera from it and feeds a monitor, a wireless transmitter or a recorder. It attaches to the Tilta cage for the Canon EOS C400 and its mount swivels aside, so the batteries in the camera body stay within reach.

A V-Mount battery on the camera

The battery plate carries a V-Mount battery and powers the camera from it through a short built-in cable with a 4-pin XLR connector. No loose wire runs between the camera and the plate to catch on a tripod or on your shoulder.

Every output within reach

The side of the battery plate carries two USB-C PD outputs — 60 W and 20 W — and a 2-pin 14.8 V output. Two D-Tap 14.8 V outputs sit on the top edge. A USB-C PD 45 W input runs the plate from a power bank even when no battery is mounted.

Swivel mount

The mount of the battery plate swivels aside, so you reach the batteries in the camera body without taking the plate off. The camera keeps running on its own batteries meanwhile, and the large battery is swapped while it rolls.

The same battery plate comes in the Tilta ES-T22-C-V Pro Kit for the Canon EOS C400. On its own it suits anyone who has a Tilta cage without power, or who wants a second plate as a spare. The version for Gold Mount batteries is sold as ES-T22-BP-AB.
