- order processing ( e-shop orders)
- email, telephone and chat communication with customers,
- e-shop maintenance, product updates
- customer support,
- providing general product information,
- dealing with client requests,
- routine administrative work, invoicing ,
- communication with suppliers
- taking care of the availability of goods - from ordering to sale
- process orders, complaints, claims and exchanges
- video, audio multimedia and software sales
- making offers, selling goods and services, working with the database
- advising customers

Basic requirements :

Education:

secondary school leaving certificate

Language skills

: English

Other Knowledge:

Adobe Photoshop,POHODA , IT experience, Driving license

We expect from the candidate:

- knowledge of audio / video / photo / IT
- knowledge of www /shops /administration
- business mindset
- communication skills - written, telephone as well as face to face at a high professional level
- a highly positive attitude to business
- communication and negotiation skills
- time flexibility, independence, reliability, consistency

and of course it will be a great advantage if the candidate is knowledgeable or has / knows / understands / has graduated / has a hobby

• orientation in new technologies
• active sales of the company's products and services
• demonstrable previous practical experience as a sales representative (min. 2 years)
• experience in active sales activities (min. 2 years)
• pleasant and presentable demeanour
• knowledge of writing sales letters and making individual sales offers
• marketing knowledge
• photography, video production / youtube, graphic design

• edit / update existing products on the website
• creation of banners, flyers, mailings
