The SWIT S-4601 is a portable, heavy-duty HDMI to 3G/HD/SD-SDI converter featuring one HDMI input and dual SDI outputs. Housed in a robust metal casing with bottom screw threads for secure installation, it’s an ideal solution for professional broadcast, live production, and AV workflows.

The SWIT S-4601 HDMI to 3G/HD/SD-SDI Converter is a compact and rugged signal conversion solution designed for professional video applications. It converts a single HDMI input (v1.3) into two simultaneous 3G/HD/SD-SDI outputs via BNC connectors, ensuring reliable signal distribution for broadcast monitors, switchers, recorders, and transmission systems.

The S-4601 supports embedded HDMI audio directly into the SDI stream. Additionally, it features a 3.5mm analog audio input, allowing external audio sources to be embedded into the SDI output—ideal for integrating microphones or mixers into professional SDI workflows.

Built with durability in mind, the unit is enclosed in a robust protective housing that safeguards the BNC connectors. Multiple bottom screw threads provide flexible mounting options for camera rigs, broadcast carts, or studio installations.

Clear LED status indicators display power (red), HDMI input status (green), and SDI output lock (yellow), allowing users to monitor operational status at a glance. With low power consumption (3W) and a wide 6–18V DC operating range, the included 12V power adapter ensures reliable performance in both field and studio environments.
