SWIT EC-N200 Camera Adaptor

The SWIT EC-N200 NDI® Codec Camera Adaptor is a professional camera-side solution for the SWIT NDI® EFP Multi-camera Production System, enabling real-time 3G-SDI to high-bandwidth NDI® encoding and PGM NDI® return decoding. It integrates tally, intercom, and flexible power options, making it ideal for modern IP-based live production workflows.

The SWIT EC-N200 NDI® Codec Camera Adaptor is designed as part of the SWIT NDI® EFP Multi-camera Production System, providing seamless IP-based connectivity between cameras and the production control environment. The EC-N200 encodes a camera’s 3G-SDI signal into high-bandwidth NDI® for transmission over standard networks, while simultaneously decoding the PGM NDI® return feed for HDMI monitoring at the camera position.

Built for professional live production, the EC-N200 supports local video and program return video switching, allowing camera operators to monitor either their own feed or the director’s program output. Integrated on-board and external TALLY lights provide clear on-air status indication, while the full-duplex intercom system enables reliable communication between camera operators and the director via the ET-N80 control panel. Dedicated controls for intercom mute and call, along with a headphone output, enhance on-set usability.

The adaptor offers versatile power options, including DC input, V-mount battery input, and PoE (Power over Ethernet), making it suitable for studio, ENG, and field production setups. A 15mm rod rail mounting system allows secure installation on ENG cameras, and a built-in RJ45 cable clamp ensures stable network connections. Configuration and firmware updates are easily managed through a web-based interface, ensuring efficient setup and maintenance.
