Student cashback SONY

Sony is committed to helping students learn the professional production skills that they will need today and in the future. Sony is providing a promotion valid from 1 August until the 31 of December 2016 to Students whereby the Student is entitled to claim a cashback when they have purchased one unit of any of the limited products shown on the table below from a dealer or reseller. 

A student is defined as someone who is enrolled in a full time study at a recognized educational establishment. Proof of student status will be requested on redemption, this will be either a copy of the claimant’s student ID or enrolment papers from the educational establishment which is for the current school year 2016-2017.

Cashback promotion is for Students residing and having a bank account in the following 22 eligible countries: 
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK. 
Cashback payment will be made in the following currencies based on the country where the claimant resides: GBP (UK), PLN (Poland), DKK (Denmark), CHF (Switzerland), NOK (Norway), SEK (Sweden), and Euro for all other countries.

Steps to participate:

1. Purchase an eligible product between 1 August and 31 December 2016
2. Scan in invoice
3. Take picture of serial number plate for your product which should show bit the serial number and the product reference. 
   Note: if you have purchased an audio product (UWP-D11/12/16) then please submit an image of the TUNER/RECEIVER component.
4. Have available your bank account details. IBAN and BIC format details found in FAQ. Do not provide spaces.
5. Click here to Claim and complete redemption form (available from 1 August 2016 through to 31 January 2017, 30 days to redeem after promotion end). 
   Note: A separate on-line claim form must be raised for each eligible Sony Product purchased. In addition this promotion is limited to maximum per student of 1 cashback per camcorder, 1 cashback per tuner/receiver and 1 cashback per microphone.
6. You will receive during the process:
   1. A redemption code starting with 143687…(13 digits)
   2. A confirmation email that your claim is either compliant or needs re-submitting with further information or is rejected
   3. If compliant, you will then receive a confirmation that the cashback will shortly be transferred into your account
