The Sennheiser MKE 1-4-3 is Sennheiser’s smallest lavalier microphone, designed for professional live performances, theater, musicals, television and broadcast applications. With its ultra-compact 3.3 mm diameter, omnidirectional pickup and robust Kevlar™ cable, it delivers full, natural sound while remaining discreet and highly resistant to sweat and moisture.
The Sennheiser MKE 1-4-3 is a miniature lavalier microphone engineered for situations demanding exceptional audio quality with a nearly invisible profile. Ideal for stage performances, musicals, television, and live broadcasts, this microphone combines high acoustic pressure handling (up to 142 dB) with an omnidirectional pickup pattern that ensures full, natural sound and excellent intelligibility, while minimizing background noise.
Its innovative membrane protects against sweat and moisture, while the Kevlar™-reinforced cable is extremely thin, flexible, and resistant to tangling, tearing, and cable noise caused by body contact. Sliding tubes on the cable allow secure attachment with clips or adhesive tape, making it easy to integrate into costumes or clothing for live performances.
The MKE 1-4-3 is compatible with Sennheiser 2000, 3000, and 5000 series transmitters and comes in a discreet beige color, with optional caps in white, brown, or black. Despite its tiny 3.3 mm diameter, it delivers professional-quality audio for singing, spoken word, live events, TV, theater, and film applications.
