The enclosed lightweight circum-aural (earmuffs "around the ear") headset is designed especially for use in television and radio production.

The headphones are rated for high sound pressure levels. The HMD 27 provides high wearing comfort combined with excellent ambient noise cancellation. All variants of the HMD 27 feature ^ActiveGardTM active volume limiting, which protects the user from excessively loud signals.

The dynamic microphone with supercardioid characteristic transmits audio signals up to 18 KHz. Its important feature is less sensitivity in noisy environments. The microphone can be mounted on the left or right side. The flexible microphone holder allows individual adjustment to the user's needs.

The package does not include a power cord, it is ordered separately according to the required connectors.
