Product description
Professional subminiature omnidirectional lavalier microphone for theatre, live shows, presentations, and broadcast. The Sennheiser MKE 1-EW combines a 3.3 mm capsule, sweat-resistant construction, and a locking connector for compatible Sennheiser bodypacks.
A virtually invisible professional microphone
The MKE 1 is Sennheiser’s smallest professional lavalier. Natural sound, high speech intelligibility, and a thin rugged cable make it ideal for theatre, live shows, television, and discreet presentations.
A capsule only 3.3 mm in diameter
The omnidirectional capsule captures speech consistently even when the speaker moves slightly. A 20 Hz to 20 kHz response, 142 dB maximum SPL, and a protective membrane support clean sound in demanding live use.
Resistant to sweat and moisture
A special protective membrane, gauze, and interchangeable frequency caps reduce moisture reaching the capsule.
Thin cable with low handling noise
The approximately 1 mm cable is reinforced, flexible, and terminated with a locking 3.5 mm EW connector.
